A Bit About Me

Good day everybody,

My name is Carol, owner and founder of Spirit Ingenuities LLC.

​

What started out as a real estate company has formed into a nursing-based business focused on preventative, proactive and financial health - teaching others how to better care for themselves all around in daily living.

​

I have been a nurse for 15 years, and it is still my goal to be of help to others after a total of 22 years in the healthcare industry. I feel that being able to help others on the outside of facility walls is far more effective than trying to be of help once a major adverse event arises. 

​

Aside from a nurse, I am also a licensed Primerica representative and Arbonne Independent Consultant. I have the opportunity to share with you all the combination of two amazing companies plus my nursing experience that can help enhance your life in so many areas and ways without reinventing the wheel.

Spirit Homes and Rentals was formed after I kept finding myself over and over at the mercy of landlords who would never care about the tenants, only the profit.

I wanted to create something for the community to help with housing, not only the physical part of covering your family, but also to help with the challenges that come along with daily life.

After only a few short months, Covid hit the world and we all know how things went for the years after that...
